I greatly enjoyed the opportunity to work on this assessment and poster with the graduate student who is first author in this project ! The possibilities for DA are endless- this is the first one we have done with spelling. Not only did the DA provide information about the child’s learning, it helped contribute to a larger picture of the child’s language/literacy profile. Feel free to use/adapt the report writing template that we used for this student’s DA portion of the report. An adaptable report-writing template for DA that we have previously used for vocabulary is also included here as a resource.
